Beam Casting Machine has been specially developed by sanitaryware Professionals to give high efficiency of casting of:

  • Water Closet – Open Rim and Closed Rim.
  • Bidets
  • Cistern
  • One Piece WC

Structural and functional features:

  • Automatic low pressure casting lines for sanitaryware produced in plaster moulds.
  • Machine especially design for production of stick-on rim one piece wc’s with automatic demoulding on the rim.
  • The system is based on the use of a special demoulding manipulator, which automatically demoulds and then
  • Positions pieces on the storage conveyor manual action by the line operator.
  • The plant is composed of 2 independent casting modules.
  • Plant is equipped with mechanized lifting groups for the upper part of wc’s body and for rim mould in order
  • To achieve the mechanized handling of the two parts both in mould opening and in reassembling.

  • The lines are designed to accommodate all service systems.
  • The line is supplied with the following:
  • Manuel casting plants, complete with level controls and PVC expansion tanks for feeding slip to benches.
  • Body slip distribution networks: large diameter PVC pipes able to feed all moulds by valves.
  • These networks are also supplied with pneumatic devices enabling pipes to be cleaned without using water.
  • Meters of transparent silicon hose to connect the moulds.
  • Air systems for draining and hardening cast pieces. these systems are fed by turbo–blowers and therefore
  • Do not require connection to the compressed air system turbo blowers will be by filters for air suction.
  • Line command/control electrical equipment. The panel can also be provided with a plc.
  • Mould drying systems by propellers. Propellers are moving. And moulds are dried using a direct drying technique for fuel efficiency
  • Carriages for support and movement of plaster moulds with width adjustment.
  • Moulds are coupled and supported by trolleys with a variable step to favour production typology.
  • The load-bearing structure carries out the sliding guide for the mould trolleys.
  • Bench with a sliding guide will change direction before casting step by electrical motors
  • For the mould battery closure, on one side of the casting line, one fixed closing unit is installed.
